Privacy Policy
Hailix is a mobile application for Salesforce administrators, published by UniHail Solutions LLP (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what information the Hailix app handles and where it goes. The short version: we do not collect your data. Hailix has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no server of ours that your data passes through.
Data we collect
None. The Hailix app does not transmit any personal information, usage data, analytics events, crash reports, or device identifiers to UniHail Solutions LLP or to any third party. We have no backend server. We cannot see which Salesforce orgs you connect to, what data those orgs contain, or how you use the app.
Your Salesforce connection
Hailix connects directly from your device to the Salesforce org(s) you choose to log into, using Salesforce’s standard OAuth 2.0 authorization (with PKCE). Your Salesforce username and password are entered on Salesforce’s own login pages — never inside Hailix, and never visible to us. All requests go straight from your device to Salesforce’s APIs; no intermediary service is involved. Data retrieved from your org (records, metadata, code, logs) is displayed on your device and is subject to your org’s own security and your Salesforce user’s permissions. Salesforce’s handling of your data is governed by Salesforce’s privacy documentation.
Information stored on your device
Hailix stores a small amount of information locally on your device only: OAuth tokens for the orgs you connect are stored in the iOS Keychain, protected by your device’s security. App preferences (such as theme and app lock), your saved SOQL queries and query history, and a “recently opened” list of item references are stored in the app’s local storage. None of this leaves your device. Logging out of an org removes its tokens; deleting the app removes all locally stored app data.
If you contact us or send feedback
The app’s Send Feedback option opens a feedback form in your browser, outside the app. The form is hosted for us by Google Forms (Google LLC), and your responses are stored with our form account under Google’s privacy policy. Providing your email address on the form is optional and only used to follow up on your report. If you email us at support@unihailsolutions.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. In both cases we use what you send only to respond to and resolve your request, and we do not add it to marketing lists or share it with anyone.
Children
Hailix is a professional tool for Salesforce administrators and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how Hailix handles information — for example by adding optional crash reporting — we will update this policy at this URL and update the app’s privacy details on the App Store before the change takes effect.
