Terms of Use

Effective date: 2 October 2026 · UniHail Solutions LLP, Goa, India

Hailix is a mobile application for Salesforce administrators, published by UniHail Solutions LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms govern your use of the Hailix app and of this website. By installing or using Hailix, or by signing up for the beta programme, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Hailix.

What Hailix is

Hailix is an independent tool that connects to Salesforce orgs you already have access to, using Salesforce’s own OAuth login. It lets you view and, for some records and settings, change data and configuration in those orgs from your phone. Hailix is not built by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc. Your use of Salesforce itself remains governed by your own agreement with Salesforce.

The beta programme

Hailix is currently distributed as pre-release software through Apple TestFlight. Beta terms:

Do not rely on a beta build for business-critical work. Use it against a sandbox or a dev org first, and satisfy yourself that it behaves as you expect before pointing it at production.

Your org, your responsibility

This is the most important section on this page.

Hailix acts as you. It uses your own Salesforce login and your own permissions, and it can make real changes to a real org — freezing or deactivating users, changing permission set assignments, toggling flows, editing records. Those changes take effect immediately in Salesforce and Hailix cannot undo them for you.

You are responsible for:

We are not responsible for changes you make, for data you delete or overwrite, or for the consequences of either.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hailix to access an org you are not authorised to access, to attempt to circumvent Salesforce’s security or permission model, to reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or to do anything unlawful. Necessary actions would be taken if you are found to be in violation of any terms.

Availability

We do not guarantee that Hailix will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on Salesforce’s APIs, on Apple’s distribution, and on your own device and network, none of which we control.

Third-party services

Hailix and this website rely on services operated by others: Salesforce, Inc. for org access; Apple Inc. for TestFlight distribution; Google LLC for the feedback and beta signup forms; and Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting this site. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

Hailix, its name, its design and its code belong to UniHail Solutions LLP. These terms give you permission to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership. Data in your Salesforce org remains yours — see the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

No warranty

Hailix is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of Hailix. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Hailix at any time by disconnecting your orgs and deleting the app; doing so removes the tokens stored on your device. We may suspend or end your access to the beta, or to Hailix generally, if you breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Hailix develops. The current version always lives at this URL with its effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Goa, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of Hailix.
